… Yesterday evening Deepti reminded me that, according to You and Sri Aurobindo, the clear and unmistakable signs that one is in conscious contact with the psychic being and leading a spiritual life are equality in all circumstances and the smile of the soul whatever happens… It would follow that I was then insincere when I was crying…!
