After some hesitation, I removed all the grass from around Sri Ganesh and re-arranged the millet and corn ears and the coconuts and made a new flower pattern, leaving the dress and the crown untouched. And now I see that, today, it is as if these riches of Nature are yearning for You, Mother, seeking Your Love and Blessings; they are like small children, pure in their need and fully trusting, as they lean on Sri Ganesh or crowd up to him as to Your Son, as their Brother, as the chosen Intermediary…

And there are tears flowing in the prayer:

Oh, Mother, Oh Lord, Let the truth of this material creation Be preserved, vindicated And led To its fruition, Let all refusal and denial
