with Sri Ganesh

… Today I needed to break through some veils of tamas… When I sat near Sri Ganesh, as I do every morning after having removed the old flowers and cleaned the shrine and brought in the fresh offerings, I felt gratitude for this very privileged and dedicated spot of matter – and it is truly my refuge, as well. But I needed and wanted again to open it up, to offer it all to the Force, to the Consciousness-Force… Because it is very clear: what is needed is simply MORE CONSCIOUSNESS…! And for a moment I knew again that I belong simultaneously to this condition we all share, still obscure and heavy and half-blind and tedious and gross – and to another condition which, in linear time, is a future condition, wherein consciousness flows much more freely and brings about the effortless materialization of both a clearer understanding of the universe and an increased and heightened capacity of manifestation. And I prayed that, in this spot, there may be a more active and more charged flow of that presence and awareness and that it may – invisibly and quietly – do its work all round…
