… There is a test today: right across the main road is a tiny wayside shrine which is now being upgraded into some small temple by local people, and some function is taking place and loud-speakers have been set to blare and blast some harangue and music all over the area over the racket of the traffic; and so, I can barely hear my own voice as I try, tentatively, to sing a few mantras…!

O Sri Ganesh, There is such nobility In you, rich and refined and aware And truly generous –

And to see it is To have the Darshan Of the Divine in Matter…
