with Sri Ganesh
And so, whenever I could manage one more tune, filled with the deepest meaning, it would be like a small victory: an offering I could make with a little dignity…! Thus, sitting where the Pujari or Purohit sits in relation to the statue, the “image, - that particular aspect of the Divinity whom he serves -, I have sometimes been enabled to perceive the reality of Sri Ganesh at a level where the form is yet condensed, and which one may represent as a yantra. Similarly, I have experienced the role and function of the several containing walls that enclose a traditional temple: it is the function of the mandala, with the exact positioning of the gates, the alignments and sometimes the deliberate dis-alignments, the proportions observed and their relations which one may discover and explore in all ancient hindu temples. It has become clear to me that these act as diffusion devices as well, in the sense that they spread an occult truth abroad and sustain it; and also that, with this awareness, one can interconnect: there is communication, which no doubt can be developed and is developed by those who are trained into these disciplines. )
Sri Ganesh, In you is the wholeness Of the universe, The possibility of its ever-new Completeness –
Rivers of white light Coursing, The entire universe is A vast offering, Eternally – But in you is the will Of the Shakti, O Sri Ganesh, Act upon it… For only by Her Will And Her Grace Can one grow into The Wholeness…
The Gate is at Her Feet.
