She wanted a place where nothing could impose itself as the exclusive truth. She wanted to be able to create a place where all the opposites would unite, collaborating side by side and serving together an ever vaster and more progressive harmony.

We say, “human unity”, what do we mean by that?

The disappearance of racism, its eradication (but how?), those of the fear of the other, of the alien, the foreigner? The dissolution of all quarrels and rivalries, of competition, of meanness and malice, of the social classes? We say, “tolerance”, but is this ever sufficient for all to actually understand one another and unite?

How to understand another truth, a different truth?

How not to judge, condemn, reject, how not to fear anymore?
