This crucible of the Force, how would one access it?

How to encourage true devotion, this devotion that consists of making the active offering of all that one is and all that one has to the Truth? How to ensure the optimal conditions for the receptivity of each individuality as of the entire collectivity?

And how, through the concrete experience of a town to be built, to communicate to the world at large the significance and the very presence of this evolutionary step awaiting and calling humanity as a whole? Away from dualities, oppositions and conflicts, in unity, complementarity and progressive balance, how to syncretise in a single symbol all the tendencies that act and work through the body of the human species?
