Which town?

Already the security of the residents must be ensured by a batallion of uniformed salaried guards, aided by police patrols; already the new arrivals must be holding considerable amounts to acquire a home and support their own daily needs during their adaptation period; already the inequalities of access to the necessities and comforts of a harmonious material existence are numerous. Yes indeed, already, the power of money, which is precisely to be converted at the service of a collective existence founded on the conscious and constant quest for a State of living integrality, has returned to dictate the choices of a large number of participants.

Certainly we must build this city; certainly we must create this environment of beauty and simplicity for an ever progressive collective life, establish its milieu for a richness of expression in constant evolution and equip and furnish it with all tools and instruments necessary for its action.

The “ecological sense” has much increased and sharpened these last years in the world – particularly away from the large cities as, inside them, everyone is somehow forced and condemned, at any moment of the daily routine, to contribute to the degradation of the environment and the exhausting of the “natural resources”. On the territory of Her town, the participants have not yet reached that level of urban setting beyond which one ceases to care for the consequences and effects of acts and motions which become habitual for every citizen.
