How would the decisions be taken, who would allot the necessary funds to the different projects, works and services, who would see to the priorities, who would have the responsibility of receiving and accepting the newcomers? None of Her disciples already involved with Her town had the necessary stature and presence to be recognized by all as Her emissary. The unity of all concerned, alone, could ensure the harmony indispensable for progress.
