Another Choice

Our body and our ignorance form our shelter – and, within this shelter each of us must grow, in the time that is given.

This subtle foundation, as if a secrete basement, this milieu of truth which corresponds to the evolutionary effort in matter through the awakening, presence and growth of the individual psychic being, is inaccessible to our ordinary separate natures.

Insofar only as one has, in the body, here itself, already undergone a certain transformation and alignment, can one then be conscious of it.

For there, in that world which we cannot humanly perceive as yet, no form can serve as a mask, there can occur no betrayal, no deception, no duplicity of any sort: form, there, can only be the direct and immediate expression of the soul.

This world of truth, so near to the matter we experience here, can only be accessed by the truth, living and realized, of the unified individual – and in exact proportion to this union.

We can only access it with our conscious soul, made broader and denser by what it could convert of our nature.

Thus it is that these “powers”, capacities and faculties which we desire, of which we dream or which we imagine, cannot be acquired by our still mixed, separate and divided nature.

A universal justice, incorruptible, impartial, imperative and impersonal, is here at work.

What we unite with in this existence, or what we give up our ability to choose to, what we give ourselves to or what we let ourselves be possessed by, what we ally ourselves with or what we bind ourselves to, leads us directly and inevitably to the corresponding sources.
