Another Choice

Little humans, fearful and timorous, enamored of our identities however pitiful, we cannot possibly confront such forces in their own milieu, we need the rampart of our egoistic collective ignorance and the walls of our physical ego in order to survive – till the “end”.

In every epoch of humanity and in every region of the earth inhabited by it are born those whom India names “vibhoutis”: these are beings who are conscious of an action to deliver, a role to play or a mission to accomplish and equipped with the necessary will, vision and élan.

They are not concerned with their personal perfecting but with the mental, vital and physical abilities that allow them to reach their goals: it is their service to the general evolution.

They do not pose as models but give an impulse, hew a passage, join isolated parts and imprint an orientation or free from a yoke.

They can, in the time of their brief sojourn, challenge these forces that traverse us: they are born, reach to their full capacity of action, do their service and withdraw.
