A feast And A teaching…

- 22-06-11:

… Parthy has offered a fresh coconut from his land… Last night he had another interesting dream: he was returning home in the village and found that someone had thrown in the middle of the way one of these large water melons which are traditionally broken open on the ground on special occasions. In this one he saw that there were many coins; and among those coins, one was very bright and it was as if it was beckoning him; coming closer to it Parthy saw that this coin bore the figure of Sri Ganesh, with his trunk bent to his right. Parthy leaned to hold this coin and found that, turning it, it bore on the other face the symbol of the Mother, and, turning it again it bore on yet another side the symbol of India (the chakra). Then, as he felt he was meant to keep it and show it to me, he started to put it in his pocket and… he woke up…!

… Several people unknown to me have come to do pranam and somehow Rs. 20/- have been offered…

Sri Ganesh, The Calm Gesture you make, Joined with the ornaments you wear, Is an elegant, intricate Mudra To celebrate
