And today again I was going to drive through without mishaps, when I saw ahead of me several people get stuck and struggle to push their bikes through; but this sluggishness that has been affecting my nerve transmission, particularly in the legs, got the better of me and I let go of the bike and fell on my side, the Bullet toppling the other way, and I felt so dumb and diminished… I still do not understand what the trouble is exactly; there are moments when I become angry in a healthy way and remember all the care and trust I poured into the body through my life and this helps me to react and I just want to get over this and back to harmony… But mostly it seems to be further deteriorating all the time; the sensation of being precariously balanced on two wooden stumps is what seizes me more and more often, as if the full information was no longer circulating… The blockage seems to be located near the base of the spine – yet I can do every movement easily, cycle for hours, exercise… all but stand on my toes or the balls of my feet, run or jump… … With all the pruning I did last week and now that the clouds are thinner and the sunrays come through, there is a lot of light in the garden - and the grass is lush and bright…
