… The same two men came in as yesterday; but today I was already seated inside the shrine preparing the puja, and at once they fell totally silent, did their pranams, received tilakam from me and the pilgrim fellow offered Rs. 10/- and they left in utter silence! And this morning Parthy offered 5 crisp new bank notes of Rs. 20/ and, while picking the fallen blooms of “Aspiration” (Parijata) I found a coin of Rs. 1/- on the ground: thus we were able to offer Rs. 101/-!
