with Sri Ganesh

TANNO DANTIH PRACHODAYAAT.

- 29-05-07:

“The Eternal hath no form that He should stand in the dominion of the Eye, neither by vision doth any man behold Him, but with heart and mind who truly know This which is in the heart, they become deathless”. (Sri Aurobindo)

NA SAMDRISHE TISHTTATI RUUPAMASYA NA CHAKSHUSHAA PASHYATI KASCHANEINAM I HRIDAA HRIDISTHAM MANASAA YA ENAMEVAM VIDUR AMRITASTE BHAVANTI II

(Note: As often as I could, I would select a sloka from the Veda that echoed within me and learn to recite it and then find a tune to utter and chant it to Sri Ganesh; for each it would take me days and many repetitions to somehow carve it into my brain-cells, and to remember the tunes would necessitate daily practice)

Mi-Hong donates Rs. 100/-. Through Gita, Renuka donates Rs. 10,000/-.

-20-06-07:

There was now enough money to look at some further improvements. I had ordered two granite benches, for which I had made the design, to Rajasekar in Kuillapallayam; today he and his men bring them both on a load-carrier, and we install the first one by the gate, for the general public; the other one will be set by the pond, in the garden. I have also designed and ordered a waste-bin to place outside the gate and near that bench, from the Kottakarai metal workshop.

- 30-06-07:

I pay to Rajasekar, for the two granite benches, including the transport and the labor help to install them: Rs. 9,000/-.
