Another one of our many failings…! But, firstly, we accept any offering as long as it is genuine and good- hearted and, secondly, Sri Ganesh belongs to the Shakti and is Her instrument…! Nonetheless, she herself offered Rs. 10/-! This morning Ranjit, from “Promesse”, along with his wife and young daughter, attended quietly the entire puja and I did not at all feel disturbed by their presence and was able to sing calmly all through; they too offered Rs. 10/- And soon after that, a couple of Ashram people come in and ask to meditate a moment in Sri Ganesh’s presence; they offer Rs. 50/-

Today Agni Has consumed the path And brought you The food offering, O King Ganapathy – And your acceptance Is a direct expense Of white and red, Of milk and blood, Of light and love, All round, All round, All round; Concentrated poise And wideness, Puissant beat And gentle spreading Of Your kindness.
