… Last night the air cooled down and at dawn there was mist laying heavy over the land up until 9 am, filtering the sun-rays in a strange glow… This morning an unknown lady came in to pray and, while attending the Aarti, cried and cried and then told her troubles, in front of the headman and another regular fellow and then asked me to “make sure that Ganesh has heard her”…
