The air has cleared this morning, there is sunshine everywhere; and the electricity has come back as well and I find Sri Ganesh’s shrine lit up when I reach it this morning and I am able at last to start the pump and fill the tank and I see that we have just made it: there was still a little trickle of water at the public tap by the gate; I feel very thankful for that! We have spent for the repairs of the power line Rs. 300/- only. … And today, two monkeys also come into the garden, with an air of being fully entitled to it: they just step in past me as I am still sweeping outside the gate, with great assurance, an adult and a youth, and apparently quite familiar with the place… And today the first bloom of coral gladiola has opened: “Psychic Receptivity”…!
