Nowadays, the vanguard status has become a poor indicator of actual progress in awareness and attitude for, in this atmosphere of generalized forceful propaganda, it is first and foremost a matter of image, or of a more arresting performance – while a state of truth is necessarily one of simplicity, direct, self-evident, whole, which requires neither artifice nor fanfare. And yet here it comes that the community of Her town, like it or not, finds itself taken hostage by the agents of fame, as if it had to justify its existence with the sparkling products of its efforts and legitimize the aid and assistance that came its way through those pasr fifty years. Just as the profound and living significance of Her temple is occulted by the brilliance of its appearance, the meaning of the adventure of conscious human unity through the willing collaboration of energies in the building of a city open to a future of truth, of a cradle for the next species, is occulted by the speeches and congratulations and demonstrative ceremonies that line the weeks of this commemorative year.

This new millenium already counted its wars, its popular feats, its elaborate versions of parallel terrorism rivaling with the State-inflicted terror, its technological and scientific breakthroughs, its disatsers and its changes of mentality = the mode of thinking was being rapidly modified in the likeness of the programs and softwares that were invading all human movement.
