On their side, the disciples and trustees were convinced She would never have allowed a public diffusion of all Her words. On his side, S. was convinced that the work of the great Shakti transcends all personal consideration and that all, without exception, are specimen and representatives of a humanity that must either disappear or rise and surge to a condition entirely other. This approach of the “all or nothing”, with its striking formulae and shortcuts, strongly echoed with the romantic idealism of many aspirants to a radical revolution – who would nonetheless soon be exposed to the rigors and exigencies of a real, actual change of consciousness.

It was in this way that, in the experience of many of the pioneers, the liberation of Her town and the liberation of Her Agenda appeared to constitute a single cause. Yet there were also those who felt very reticent to join, not from a sense of opposition, but out of distrust of all amalgam, all peremptory condemn resting on external judgments without the true knowledge of direct identity which She always had, with each one as with all, infallibly practiced, at the service of a vast and comprehensive harmony.
