No refund is admissible for the portion of journey not performed. Break of Journey The holders of Single Journey Tickets for distances of more than 400 kms are allowed to break journey at any station enroute at the rate of one day for every 200 kms. or part thereof in addition to the time occupied by the journey. The first break journey may not however be made until a distance of 300 kms. has been travelled from the starting station. Passengers breaking their journey are required to have their tickets endorsed. The endorsement shall consist of the station code 'Station Masters' initials and the date. Passengers breaking journeys and not obtaining the endorsements as prescribed will be treated as persons travelling without a proper ticket and dealt with accordingly. Passenger breaking the journey enroute except as provided above must surrender their tickets at the station where journey is broken.
