Other destinies?

It is not that the physical being may now “see” another, truer physical state, which would be more this and more that, it is rather that in the growing light from this other state it is now able to observe what is here, what has led us so far, and to contemplate the absurdity of our condition and the extent of our subjection to death.

It is not either that the physical or corporeal being would now be seeking immortality.

Death engenders the contraries and the opposites, while the body in this instant of awakening which seems to develop and expand as if a new birth, has now only one need, entirely and unreservedly, the single need of plenitude and liberty.

Physical immortality would be another gaol, perhaps more frightful still than our mortality.

What the physical being, inhabitant of the Earth, now begins to divine, as if an impossible memory, is another physical path of becoming.

Today there is this horror all around, to which we are compelled to participate at every moment, this horror which we are secreting, which we emanate into this world.

There is this cancer which takes possession of our organic habitat, we ourselves become the cells of a cancerous malign species which colonizes the earth and exhausts it.

A material rape in which we all are complicit.

Or almost all.

And the terrestrial situation every instant further festers, so long as we do not seize the lever of another becoming in matter.

But who is this “we”?
