study, but it was the domain of the body that drew my attention and also solicited my courage and my efforts; little by little I applied myself to concentrate whenever I could join one sport or another and when I was able to join a gymnastics course, and the lady mistress noticed me and set to help me surmount my fears and the habit of being jeered at, it was then that the world fell into place for me, that is to say, that everything in it, people and problems, got into perspective: the key to the path I wanted to follow was right there, inside my body; and it was my secret and my guide; this way, growing up, I became more able, more apt and more free in my corporeal milieu, more clean and more open and more attentive to the needs of others and more sure of my capability to bring them a little gracefulness and harmony, a little creative autonomy; each body has its own code and my progress has deepened and led me above, into the silence, until high and low, up and down, were wedded; and now I am able to look at the world and all its questions and, with my body, within my body, to really pray…” Now here is Le Mont : “There was always the impression of a lack, that everybody was moving in a milieu of which one ignored the source and the fundaments; everybody was there, yes, all through their existence, but in ignorance; even if one learnt and knew many things, even if one endeavored to behave and do well and responsibly, at the least fault one was lost and all of this gleaned and amassed knowledge was of no use; then it was as if I found within myself a quiet corner where I could ask the question, what is this, what is it that supports all of this, and
